  1. I think you refer to put food on the Seder Plate:
Karpas, a vegetable (I used parsley family)
    Chazeret Salad
Marror bitter herbs (usually horseradish or Romain lettuce)
Charoset bathroom is basically nuts, sweetened wine, apple --
Zero'ah it "Shankbone (usually a grilled chicken neck, arm or leg)
    Beitzah egg

They all have a special symbolism, too. Is used from the top of my head, charoset is the mortar in Egypt, is marror the bitterness of slavery, the most important zeroah sacrifice (the lamb "Easter"), the egg is a different kind of sacrifice, Karpas peninsula is a lot of things as not in the spring, and the number of Jews, and indeed chazeret. Not everyone has made a chazeret on the Seder plate, down the road.
Matzah is unleavened bread to eat until about Easter. Flour rose is prohibited, even in small quantities during the holidays, so that the matzoh is flat, hard and tasteless. "Matzen" is the plural of matzah. There are three Matzen suspendedSeder table. Are at various stages of the 15 steps of the Seder:
    4. Yachatz-middle matzah is broken in two. The largest is a performance) (or disappearance, and then as Afikomen.
    7. Motzi blessing over bread is made
    8. Matza-Siad blessing, each eating a piece of matzah
    10. Korech, eat a sandwich every "Hillel" - with Mazza and marror charoset summit.
    12. Tzafun it is Afikomen ritually consumed as a dessert. (The word "afikoman" in Greek is actually "service"). It was a tradition, somewhere between Tzafun Yachatz and hiding the father of the afikoman and children should be found. Or hide the children and the father has the Afikomen hide.

  3. I went to a Seder dinner once, it is interesting to go once to learn and all that represents it and the culture and customs. I remember a long time ago is that I think is an egg (hard) and lamb (which I learned) not to care. Since I do not remember what I saw, to see, it has a variety of information. I hope this helps answer your question.
